In the morning and after breakfast, our qualified Egyptologist personal tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo or Giza to enjoy your guided day tours to El Minya from Cairo. It takes approximately 4 hours to drive on the modern road to El Minya. When you arrive at your destination, you will start visiting the great plain where Akhenaton received his divine inspiration to build his city Aketaten, then proceed to Tuna El Gabal, where you will see the tomb of Petosiris, the catacombs of Ibis and baboons and the tomb of Isadora (This tomb dates back to the 2nd century AD and belongs to Isadora, known for her love story in the city of Hermopolis.

After the tour, you will have your delicious lunch at an oriental restaurant during the tour. then you will go to the hotel and check in.

Upon arrival to Amarna you will see the northern tombs, including tombs such as the tomb of Ahmose and the tomb of Huya, you will also visit the site of the royal palace at Amarna.
