The Best of Cairo in 4 Days

Four days is all it takes to fall completely in love with one of the world’s most extraordinary cities. This private Cairo short tour is designed to show you the very best of Egypt’s legendary capital — from its ancient wonders to its vibrant streets — at a comfortable pace and with every detail taken care of.

With your own private Egyptologist guide, air-conditioned transport. And hand-picked accommodation, all you need to bring is your sense of wonder.

The Pyramids — A Moment You Will Never Forget

No trip to Cairo is complete without standing before the Great Pyramids of Giza.  The last surviving wonder of the ancient world and one of the most powerful sights on the planet. Up close, these colossal monuments are even more overwhelming than you can imagine. Beside them, the mysterious Great Sphinx keeps its eternal watch over the plateau, as it has done for over 4,500 years.

Your expert guide will bring the full story of these incredible structures to life, painting a vivid picture of the civilization that created them.

The Egyptian Museum — Treasures Beyond Imagination

Step inside the world-famous Egyptian Museum and come face to face with one of history’s greatest collections of ancient artifacts. From the golden treasures of Tutankhamun’s tomb to colossal royal statues and beautifully preserved mummies, the museum is a journey through thousands of years of Pharaonic history under one roof — and an absolute must for any visitor to Cairo.

Islamic Cairo — A City Within a City

Beyond the ancient, Cairo reveals another layer of breathtaking history in its medieval Islamic quarter. Wander the atmospheric lanes of Khan El-Khalili, Cairo’s most famous bazaar, where the scent of spices, the glint of handcrafted jewelry, and the buzz of centuries-old trade fill the air. Stroll along the magnificent Al-Muizz Street, lined with some of the finest examples of Islamic architecture in the world, and visit the commanding Citadel of Saladin for sweeping views across the city.

Saqqara — The Birthplace of the Pyramid

Venture beyond Giza to the ancient necropolis of Saqqara, home to the world’s oldest monumental stone structure — the Step Pyramid of Djoser. This remarkable site offers a fascinating glimpse into the very origins of pyramid building and a quieter, more intimate encounter with ancient Egypt away from the crowds.
