Day 1Luxor Tour

After receiving you at the airport and meeting the tour guide, start your tour in a private car to visit Luxor’s landmarks:

  • Valley of the Kings

The Valley of the Kings is located in the city of Luxor, on the West of the Nile River. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
This large necropolis, near Luxor, contains more than 60 tombs of pharaohs and nobles of the New Kingdom, one of the most prosperous periods in the history of ancient Egypt.
Among the finds are the chambers of Tutankhamun, Seti I, and Ramses II. It even has an analog of the wives and relatives of the pharaohs, called the Valley of the Queens.

  • Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut

the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut The funerary temple of Queen Hatshepsut, known as Deir el Bahari, name meaning "monastery of the north" and designed by its architect in the royal court, Senenmut, is "the wonder of wonders" of ancient Egypt: it stands on the west bank of the Nile and is partially excavated in the mountain behind which lies the Valley of the Kings.

  • Colossi of Memnon

The Colossi of Memnon are twin statues representing Amenhotep III in a seated position. His hands rest on his knees and his gaze is directed towards the east, in the direction of the Nile River and the rising sun. The statues are carved in blocks of quartzite, brought especially from Giza and the quarries of Gebel el-Silsila, north of Aswan, including the stone bases.

After that, move to the ship to register your five-day stay on board the ship, have lunch, and spend the night on the ship for peace and relaxation.

Day 2Luxor Tour

Have breakfast and start moving with the tour guide to:

  • Karnak Temple

The Great Open Court of the Temple of Karnak was built during the XXII dynasty, has a rectangular shape, and measures 80 m from north to south and 100 m from west to east. On the south and north sides of this court, there are two rows of columns with enclosed papyrus capitals, which were erected by King Sheshonq I (XXII dynasty). The last two columns in the southwest corner of this court show how the ancient Egyptians built their works. As they were never completed, they show that the rough-hewn stones, placed in position on the ramps, were formed after erection, and polishing and decoration were done from top to bottom as the brick ramps were removed layer by layer.

Then enjoy a trip in a small boat in the middle of the Nile River, then return to the ship and spend the night.

Day 3Edfu and Kom Ombo

Have breakfast and then take a trip to Edfu city.

  • The Temple of Edfu

The Temple of Edfu is considered the best preserved temple of the Greco-Roman period in Egypt. On the walls of this temple we can see the scenes of the myth of the god Horus and how he defeated the god Set (the god of evil in ancient Egypt) when he avenged the murder of Osiris (the father of Horus).

  • Kom Ombo Temple

The temple of Kom Ombo is one of the most famous in Egypt because it is completely symmetrical.

Finally, Back to onboard the Cruise spend the night.

Day 4visit to Nubian Village

In the morning you will have arrived in Aswan and start visiting:

  • Nubian Villages

To reach the Nubian village from Aswan, the best way is to take a small port boat that will take you to Sohail Island, where the beautiful village is located, on the west bank of the Nile River. There is no doubt that riding a boat or felucca in Aswan is a very relaxing experience and gives you the opportunity to enjoy the Nile River and the refreshing air. In addition, you can get here by car.

  • Lunch Time

Have lunch in one of the restaurants overlooking the Nile River.

Finally, Have dinner and spend the night on board the ship amidst nature and tranquility.

Day 5Check-out

Have breakfast and a tour with a tour guide on a more than wonderful tour to:

  • The High Dam

The Aswan Dam, Egypt, is one of the most important engineering mega constructions of the 20th century. It was built to alleviate the annual floods and occasional droughts experienced by Egypt. It was built on January 11, 1960, and completed on July 21, 1970.

  • The Unfinished Obelisk

The unfinished obelisk of Queen Hatshepsut, the female pharaoh of Egypt, is located in the granite quarries in Aswan in Egypt, where the pharaohs quarried blocks for the construction of temples, statues, obelisks, and pyramids. The interest of the site, the granite quarries, focuses on the area of the gigantic block of stone in the quarry, the unfinished obelisk of Hatshepsut, cut on all sides but one, three of its faces are separated.

  • Philae Temple

The temple was rearranged on the island of Agilkia, which was on the island of Elephantine. The building of this temple consists of the mamisi, which is located in the middle, and the mobile one behind it. There are also two towers to the north and south. To the left of the small edifice is the main temple of the goddess Isis.

Finally, Transfer to the airport or train station From Aswan.
