Karmdid

It consists of flour, ground fenugreek, and oil. The fenugreek is mixed with oil and flour, and water and salt are added to it. The mixture is smoothed using an electric mixer or “frack” and served in the form of “Fatah” after adding Nubian bread “doka” to it.

Sokhina

It is a large number of onions that are fried and fried in oil, then tomatoes and “yakhni” are added to them, which is boiled onions in pigeon soup and rubbed with mark. It is served on the newlyweds’ day with pigeons, dukkah bread, and kadubi (dried okra).

Tharid

This dish is fattah with tomato sauce and without meat.

Hardiness

It consists of pure flour, and it is similar to goulash dough. There is a similar dish called Shadi. The difference between the two is that Shadi dough is fermented.
